Aperture Science Assassin Bot by LordObliviontheGreat Aperture Science Assassin Bot by LordObliviontheGreat
Clearly my take on a portal-esque MOC. It's a combination of the sleek and clean vibe from portal, with a more rough, and rigid vibe. I also decided to try out my own version of a portal gun, clearly intended to be modified from the original. The two different lights represent the different portals the gun can shoot. The red on the blade is blood, since this is an assassin =P

This was a very refreshing project, pretty much different in all aspects from my previous work. My main focus being, to achieve smoother shaping, but still have some rigid looking areas. The most difficult part was probably making some acceptable arms for this. The tubing being a last minute decision.

I'll post a how-to on the lower legs if anyone is interested.

Enjoy =)

Stands for 'My Original Creation', basically saying that the design was not made by Lego.
